Tip BBS-03 - Hygienic screw connection

Hygienic screw connections are crevice-free connections which have been specially developed for sterile applications. The O-rings installed in them are retained in place and compressed to a defined extent against a metallic stop. Aseptic connections in accordance with DIN 11864-1 are a common connection type for critical applications requiring very good cleanability of the pipeline. The patented BBS sterile contour has been further improved in this regard. This connection is virtually gap-free.
